To meet the IRS appraisal requirements and donation guidelines we recommend a meeting with the Donor and Donee at the earliest to discuss the tax consequences with a depreciated property and equipment used for business purposes.  Depending on the deconstruction and demolition requirements, we need to work with the Donors contractor to work within his start schedule to begin a series of tasks and start the first phase of deconstruction and demolition.
